Topping for Rivel Kucha

Carmelize 1/2 cup sugar add 1 1/2 cups water
mix together 3 T flour & 3 T sugar with a little milk
add to sugar & water mixture – cook until it thickens.
Put on top of bread dough.

2 cups flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 cubes butter

9×13 pan
Bake 350°
30 min.
