6 medium potatoes
1 onion chopped little & browned in butter
salt to taste
Boil potatoes in 4 cups of water till done.
Mix:
1 large egg or 2 medium
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
When potatoes are done crumble this dough in potatoes & water.
Cook 5 minutes, add 1 to 2 c. milk
Heat but do not boil. Add onions.
You can also add a little sour cream.

This potato soup is delicious. I used 2% milk & no sour cream.
The dough makes like a miniature glace and sort of thickens the milk.
